📌 Reservations & Cancellations

A $250 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits are refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
If you attend your appointment but decide not to proceed with a treatment, your deposit will also be refunded.
Late arrivals may result in extended waiting times or shortened sessions depending on availability.
We do not accept appointments scheduled after 3:30 PM.

📌 Payments & Refunds

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, cash, or approved financing options.
Services already initiated are non-refundable.
Packages and memberships have expiration dates and cannot be extended unless specified.

📌 Consent & Medical Responsibility

All clients must complete a medical intake form disclosing health history, allergies, and medications.
Informed consent forms must be signed before any procedure.
Results may vary depending on individual factors; no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

📌 Client Conduct

Clients are expected to treat staff and other clients with respect.
Recording or taking photos/videos during treatments is not permitted without prior authorization.
Confidentiality of other patients must always be respected.

📌 Health & Safety

Procedures will not be performed if contraindications are present (e.g., certain medical conditions, pregnancy, infections).
Proof of age may be required; treatments are only available to clients 18 years or older unless parental consent is provided.
Strict sanitation protocols are followed, including disinfecting rooms, tools, and linens between clients.

📌 Medical Documentation

Before and after photos are always taken for medical purposes and become part of your confidential treatment record.

📌 Neurotoxin Touch-Up Policy

Touch-ups for neurotoxin treatments are offered at two weeks after the initial procedure.
If the client does not attend within the established timeframe, the med spa is not responsible and is not obligated to provide a complimentary touch-up.
